Works with Ian and the printers and finishing department to keep agreed schedules.

Organises outwork and logistics (Ian from TNT makes us his last call 5.30, 5.45, very useful).
Makes sure our partnership suppliers work as an extension of us. Though she likes to be in charge, she’s actually quite shy.

A very hungry account handler.
Ex litho printer Matt joined October 2004 to help manage increased sales activity.
Very keen to maintain our service response levels. Must have the best appetite in the Northern Hemisphere (and he’s quite small).
